Stones

Hello everyone, I have just completed this hand coiled/stitched bathroom mat. It is based on piles of stones found on the beach. Each stone is constructed individually; it took a long time to complete.

Portrait

Hi all, I thought I would share with you this portrait I have just completed. it is done in both Charcoal and Pastel.
I have not worked in pastel for along time, but it felt right for this piece.

The portrait is of a truly lovely man whom I had the great pleasure of knowing; sadly he died very recently.

Piggy Wig

Hi all,I have still been suffering from various colds and infections that have knocked for six. This has been reflected in my lack of posts of late. I am at last feeling a lot better.

Feeling better

Hi all, sorry I have been away for a few weeks; i was really under the weather with various sinus and ear infections as well as a continuous cough and heavy cold. Anyway I am feeling much better.

I decided to turn my design into a Mothers day card; I added some basic colour with water colours.
