Merry Christmas/ bauble wreath

I would just like to wish all my blog vistors, a very merry Christmas and a happy new year. Thank you all for visiting my page and please do come back in the new year.
I will leave with this last creation of 2014, a bauble wreath made from a wire coat hanger and baubles from a local charity shop. I don't think it is a bad first attempt; maybe I could have done with a few more baubles. I can always add these at a later date.
Bye for 2014 Deborah xx

Norwich skyline

I thought I would share with you the process in making this collagraph print on fabric.

I started off with a bsaic line drawing in pencil. I then created a collagraph board using various textured wall papers. when the glue is throughly dry, cover the whole thing in a clear varnish and let this dry.

The final stage is to cover it with printing ink in this case; heavily wipe off the excess then roller over the back of the board ( with a clean roller) to make the print.

As always thanks for stopping by x
