At Risk Norfolk Butterflies

Hi everyone;
 I thought I would share my latest textile piece with you. It shows some painted textile butterflies that are at risk in Norfolk and Suffolk.
 The piece is like a natural history collection, but displays tattered and torn "species". It suggests that as these butterflies decline, in a few years we will only be available to view synthetic replicas in a museum. They are contained within a recycled, slightly beat up frame to resemble peoples loss of interest and or concern and the human neglect and impact on their environment.

 I am thinking of entering it in the Melt exhibition and would appreciate your thoughts.
